Today the CDC recommended that the public should refrain from holding gathering/events with more than 50 attendees for the next 8 weeks. You might be wondering what does that mean for my weeding that is planned in pithing the next 8 weeks. Can I cancel or postpone my contracts with my vendors? Are there any clauses in my contract that can help me in this situation? Well I have answers from a Lawyer and Photographer Nana Annan. She breaks down what this recommendation means from government stand point. She also breaks down what it means for you as the bride and groom. Feel free to read her advice here.
COVID-19
Coronavirus aka COVID-19 /
I know in this time of hysteria and rampant misinformation and various falsehoods you don’t don’t know how bad this new mutation is. Let us at Echo Alpha Media help dispel some fear with facts. First Coronavirus is not a new disease. Coronavirus has been around and is what causes colds and flu. What is different is that this is a new mutation as such humans don’’t have an immunity to it. It is similar to why the flu vaccine is always changing because they are always adapting it to whatever strain is spreading the fastest for that flu season.
The CDC recommends washing hands for at least 20 seconds with warm water. If you are going to use hand sanitizer make sure it has an alcohol concentration of 60% or more. Avoid shaking hands and eat well and get enough rest.
Now you might be thinking about cancelling or postponing your wedding due to this outbreak. that is a reasonable move especially if people in the elderly range and you people with chronic health conditions might be attending as they are the ones more prone to struggling with recovery from contracting the disease.
